Custom ordered re-cones are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect in which case you can see our Warranty Policy.
Custom ordered subwoofers and any other products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Any “Garage Sale/Clearance” items are sold ‘as is’ and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We can only accept domestic returns, no international returns are accepted.
**If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately! Take pictures of the damaged item along with the packaging. Make sure to keep your packaging!**
All of our custom re-cones and refurbished subwoofers come with a 30-day guarantee against build defects.
We can only stand behind labor that we perform.
We cannot warranty DIY re-cone assembly issues.
Installation of the re-cone kit is 100% the customer’s responsibility. If you are not 100% sure about re-coning, please check out our how-to video: https://directronix.net/videos, contact us or send your sub in.
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be returned in the original packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging.
If you are shipping an item with a value over $100, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Directronix is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Directronix will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
